Staff 1 SENIOR PASTOR: Thomas Toan Le

Pastor Le immigrated from Vietnam to the U.S in 1978 as a teenager with his family.  He worked as a software engineer in various companies in the fields of telecommunication.  During his fifteen years of engineering career, his job brought him a sense of personal achievement.  But spiritually, he felt that there was something missing.  In 2001, with the suggestion and support from his boss, Pastor Le and his wife went back to Vietnam for a visit.  It was there that he sensed the call into ministry.   He came to realize that being a follower of Christ was not enough and wanted to invest his life so others can hear about the love of God and salvation in Jesus Christ.
He resigned from his job and went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in January 2002.  He graduated with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Language in December 2004.  During his last 2 years of schooling, Pastor Le helped plant Plano VBC. Pastor Le 's mission is to fulfill the Great Commission among the Vietnamese and Asian people living in the North Dallas area.
